Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SkyOS Air Ticket Services website at https://skyosairticketservices.com (the “Website”) and your purchase or use of flight-booking, ticketing, travel-assistance, customer-support, and related services provided by SkyOS Air Ticket Services (“SkyOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a booking, purchasing a ticket or service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or services.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and any booking-specific terms, fare rules, airline rules, supplier terms, or other conditions presented to you before purchase.
2. About SkyOS
SkyOS Air Ticket Services is a travel service business providing flight-booking assistance, airline ticket reservations, travel information, and customer support.
SkyOS is not an airline and does not operate aircraft or control airline schedules, aircraft operations, baggage handling, airport operations, or other carrier-controlled services unless expressly stated in writing.
SkyOS may act as a ticket agent, travel intermediary, booking service, or merchant of record depending on the transaction. The identity of the merchant of record and applicable supplier will depend on the specific transaction and payment documentation.
3. Airline and Supplier Terms Apply
Air transportation is provided by the applicable airline or carrier. Each airline has its own contract of carriage, fare rules, baggage rules, schedule policies, change and cancellation rules, and other conditions. Those rules may apply to your ticket and may be legally binding in addition to these Terms.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that the airline or other transportation provider may impose additional terms and restrictions. Where applicable, the airline’s current contract of carriage and fare conditions govern matters controlled by the carrier.
SkyOS does not guarantee that an airline will permit a particular change, refund, credit, seat assignment, baggage allowance, upgrade, or other request.
4. Booking Requests and Availability
Submitting a booking request or inquiry does not guarantee that a ticket will be issued. Flight availability, inventory, schedules, fares, taxes, fees, seat availability, and other conditions can change until the transaction is completed and the ticket is confirmed.
A booking is considered confirmed only after SkyOS or the applicable booking provider has completed the required payment or authorization process and issued a valid ticket, confirmation, or booking reference.
If a requested itinerary becomes unavailable before ticketing, SkyOS may offer an alternative itinerary or updated price. You are not obligated to accept an alternative unless you expressly authorize the transaction.
5. Passenger Information and Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate passenger information, including the passenger’s legal name, date of birth where required, contact information, travel dates, itinerary, passport or identification information where required, and any other information necessary for ticketing.
Airline rules concerning name corrections, name changes, passenger substitutions, identification, and documentation may be strict. SkyOS cannot guarantee that an airline will permit a correction or change after ticketing.
You should carefully review all passenger and itinerary information before authorizing payment or confirming a booking.
6. Fares, Taxes, Fees and Total Price
Flight prices can change rapidly because of airline inventory, demand, taxes, currency fluctuations, and other factors. Any displayed or quoted fare is subject to availability and applicable conditions until the booking is confirmed.
Before payment, SkyOS will provide the applicable price and known mandatory charges for the transaction. Government taxes, airline-imposed charges, optional services, baggage, seats, and other ancillary charges may apply depending on the itinerary and choices you make. Any charge that applies to the transaction will be disclosed as required by applicable law before payment is completed.
You should not rely on a promotional or starting price unless the fare is actually available for your selected itinerary and all applicable terms are reviewed.
7. Payment Authorization
You authorize SkyOS and/or the applicable payment or booking provider to charge the payment method you provide for the amount you approve.
You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. SkyOS may delay, decline, or cancel a transaction if payment cannot be authorized, information cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or a booking supplier requires additional verification.
A payment authorization does not by itself guarantee ticket issuance until the transaction is completed and the applicable ticket or confirmation is issued.
8. Ticket Issuance and Confirmation
After successful ticketing, you should review the itinerary, passenger details, ticket number, booking reference, travel dates, airports, times, fare conditions, and other information immediately.
If you believe any information is incorrect, contact SkyOS as soon as possible. Some airline errors or customer-requested corrections may involve fees or may not be permitted after ticket issuance.
9. Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules, airline policies, supplier terms, and the specific booking conditions applicable to your ticket.
A change or cancellation request does not automatically mean that a refund is available. Depending on the fare and circumstances, charges may include an airline change or cancellation fee, fare difference, taxes, supplier fees, SkyOS service fees, or other applicable charges.
You should contact SkyOS before making changes independently when your booking was made through SkyOS, because contacting another party or taking action directly may affect the available options.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable airline fare rules, supplier rules, the reason for the refund, the merchant of record, and applicable U.S. law.
Where a refund is legally required, SkyOS will process or facilitate the refund in accordance with the applicable rules and the role SkyOS played in the transaction. If an airline or other supplier is responsible for issuing the refund, SkyOS may need to request or facilitate the refund on your behalf.
Refunds may be subject to the airline’s fare rules, applicable non-refundable restrictions, and permissible service or supplier charges. A refund request is not a guarantee that the full amount paid will be refundable.
For flights to, from, or within the United States, applicable U.S. Department of Transportation refund rules may provide consumers with rights in certain circumstances, including certain airline cancellations or significant changes. The applicable rule depends on the transaction and the party responsible for the refund. See the U.S. Department of Transportation’s current refund guidance for details.
Where SkyOS is the merchant of record and a refund is legally due, SkyOS will handle the refund in accordance with applicable law and the relevant booking records.
11. 24-Hour Cancellation / Reservation Rule
Certain U.S. airline 24-hour cancellation or reservation requirements may apply to qualifying airline ticket transactions. However, the U.S. Department of Transportation states that the airline 24-hour reservation/refund requirement does not apply in the same manner to tickets booked through travel agents or online travel agencies.
Accordingly, you should review the specific terms presented at the time of purchase and contact SkyOS promptly if you want to cancel a newly made booking. SkyOS will apply the procedure required by the applicable transaction, supplier rules, and law.
12. Airline Schedule Changes, Delays and Cancellations
Airlines may change flight schedules, cancel flights, alter equipment, change operating carriers, or otherwise modify an itinerary. SkyOS does not control these operational decisions.
If an airline cancels or significantly changes a flight, SkyOS will provide assistance and process available options according to the applicable airline rules, booking conditions, and law. Depending on the circumstances, available options may include rebooking, alternative transportation, a travel credit, or a refund.
SkyOS does not guarantee a particular replacement flight, seat, schedule, or compensation unless the applicable airline or law provides that right.
13. Baggage, Seats and Ancillary Services
Baggage allowances, baggage fees, seat assignments, meals, special assistance, priority services, and other ancillary services are controlled by the applicable airline or supplier.
SkyOS may assist with requests where the supplier permits us to do so, but we do not guarantee availability, acceptance, delivery, or eligibility for any ancillary service.
If an ancillary service is not provided or baggage is delayed, damaged, or lost, the applicable airline’s procedures and legal obligations may determine where a claim or refund must be submitted.
14. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all travel documents required for your journey, including passports, visas, ESTA or other travel authorizations, transit visas, identification, health documents, and any destination-specific documentation.
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all travel documents required for your journey, including passports, visas, ESTA or other travel authorizations, transit visas, identification, health documents, and any destination-specific documentation.
SkyOS is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or other consequences caused by inadequate or invalid travel documentation.
15. No Guarantee of Travel or Entry
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee admission into a country, transit through a jurisdiction, boarding in every circumstance, or successful completion of a journey.
Airlines, airports, immigration authorities, border authorities, security agencies, and governments may impose requirements or restrictions beyond SkyOS’s control.
16. Customer Service and Communication
SkyOS may contact you by telephone, email, text message, or other communication method you provide in connection with your booking, inquiry, payment, schedule change, refund, or support request.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and checking communications related to your booking. SkyOS is not responsible for consequences arising because you provided inaccurate contact information or failed to review time-sensitive booking communications.
17. Customer-Requested Services and Service Fees
Where SkyOS charges a separate service, administrative, processing, consultation, or other fee, the applicable fee and its purpose will be disclosed before payment or as otherwise required by law.
SkyOS service fees are separate from airline fares, airline penalties, government taxes, baggage charges, seat charges, and other third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Whether a SkyOS service fee is refundable will be stated in the applicable transaction terms. Airline refunds do not automatically mean that a separate SkyOS service fee is refundable.
18. Promotional Offers and Advertising
Promotional fares, discounts, and special offers are subject to availability, eligibility, travel dates, fare rules, and other restrictions. SkyOS will not intentionally misrepresent the availability, price, affiliation, sponsorship, or characteristics of a travel service.
Any advertised price should be understood in accordance with the conditions displayed with the offer and the final price presented before payment.
19. Airline Affiliation and Brand Names
SkyOS may mention airline names, trademarks, logos, or flight information for identification, booking, customer-support, or informational purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SkyOS is an independent travel service provider and is not the airline.
SkyOS does not represent that it is an airline, the official customer-service department of an airline, or an authorized representative beyond the authority actually granted to it by the applicable supplier or booking arrangement.
